Arc Module Incyte-W SU Details

The Arc Module Incyte-P SU acts as a direct interface for connecting Incyte-P SU single-use sensors to bioreactor control systems. It uniquely converts measurement data into industry-standard Modbus RTU or 4 to 20 mA signals. The integrated Arc functionality offers users the choice of wired or wireless connection for flexible integration. This module simplifies the connection of Hamilton's pre-calibrated single-use sensors.

By providing real-time viable cell density data, it enables deeper process insights for data-driven optimization and control in single-use applications.

Single-Use Integration

  • Designed specifically for use with the Incyte-P SU sensor element, this Arc Module provides a seamless interface to connect your single-use bioreactor applications with control systems.
  • This integration simplifies setup and ensures compatibility, allowing you to leverage the benefits of Hamilton's pre-calibrated, ready-to-use viable cell density sensors directly within your single-use workflow.
  • Saving time and reducing the risk of contamination associated with reusable sensors.

Wired of Wireless Connectivity

  • Featuring integrated Arc functionality, this module provides you with the option for either wired or wireless communication with your control system.
  • Flexibility allows you to choose the connection method that best suits your specific setup and environmental requirements.
  • Whether you prefer the reliability of a physical connection or the convenience of wireless data transmission for remote monitoring and control of your viable cell density measurements.
  • I could not be more pleased with my experience with Hamilton!

My company has been using Hamilton probes for years and have always been happy with their performance! The team is always very helpful in trouble shooting issues and answering any questions that we may have about our probes. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my experience with Hamilton!

  • The difference in measurement resolution between the off-line method and permittivity is like between a 60's TV and an 8K screen!

We used the Incyte Arc Sensor to monitor the viable cell density. It is very easy to install in a bioreactor and connect to the monitoring software. After performing a baseline calibration in medium, you are ready to monitor your bioreactor run.
