The RetractoControl 2 integrates seamlessly into your process application and works with our Retractex housings and sensors for process analytics to automate sensor retraction, reinsertion, and cleaning. This automated electro-pneumatic control system is easily programmed to optimize specific processes and automate sensor cleaning around your schedule to reduce maintenance time and efforts while helping to extend the sensor’s lifetime.

RetractoControl 2 with Traditional Sensors
Traditional sensor outputs are routed to a transmitter or analyzer. The transmitter output would go to the process control system where signals from the RetractoControl 2 can alert the system about cleaning cycles.

RetractoControl 2 with Arc Sensors
Arc sensor outputs can be directly connected to the control system. Signals from the RetractoControl 2 can be used to update the system at the start and the end of cleaning cycles.
