10 µL, Microliter Syringe, Cemented Needle (N) PN: 80342

Constructed of Fluoropolymer-Free Fluid Path Materials Ideal for PFAS Testing Workflows

Hamilton offers numerous options for laboratories that need syringes constructed of fluoropolymer-free fluid path materials for PFAS testing and other sensitive analytical methods.

The 700 Series syringes (ranging from 5 µL to 500 µL) feature a fluid path exclusively constructed of stainless steel and borosilicate glass. For smaller volume syringes (0.5 µL to 5 µL), the 7000 Series fluid path consists solely of a stainless steel needle and a tungsten plunger wire.

Designed to meet the demands of your most sensitive analytical workflows, Hamilton syringes deliver the consistent precision and reliability researchers depend on for accurate, reproducible results.

What you can expect

  • Unmatched Accuracy

Precision-engineered to deliver ±1% accuracy at 80% of the syringe's nominal volume.

  • Versatility Without Compromise

The ideal solution for sample prep, manual or automated injections, and a wide range of micro-volume liquid handling tasks.

Beyond the Fluid Path: Protecting Your Results

While the syringe fluid path materials are intrinsically PFAS-free, external environmental sources can still introduce contamination during use. Common laboratory items such as latex gloves, tin foil, water purification systems, clothing, and lab tissues are known to be frequent culprits. To mitigate this risk, it is highly recommended to rinse syringes with a high-purity extraction solvent, such as "PFAS grade" methanol, prior to use. This proactive step helps to remove potential contaminants introduced from the surrounding lab environment.
