ChemoTrode is Hamilton's most robust pH sensor, specifically designed for demanding applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Building on Hamilton's proven pH sensor technology, ChemoTrode provides reliable and precise pH measurement in challenging process environments where robustness, measurement stability, and long sensor lifetime are critical.
The ChemoTrode utilizes a refillable liquid electrolyte in combination with Hamilton's Everef-F reference cartridge. This design prevents contamination of the reference electrolyte by silver ions and protein precipitation, helping to maintain measurement stability and extend sensor service life under demanding process conditions.
The liquid electrolyte can be easily refilled and pressurized up to 6 bar through an integrated service port, simplifying maintenance while ensuring reliable sensor performance throughout its lifetime. The refillable electrolyte system additionally provides fast response times and high measurement precision across a wide range of process applications.
