How can the user check the validity of the measurement for Dencytee Arc?

The Dencytee Arc Sensor has several internal check routines to ensure the highest accuracy and precision. The user can check the validity of the measurement by performing a verification with the "Dencytee Maintenance Tool Kit". During measurements, the current condition of the sensor is continuously monitored, and the result is reflected in the Quality Indicator (QI) as a percentage.

At what value of the quality indicator does the Dencytee Arc need to be replaced?

There will be a red error (“Replace Sensor” or “Sensor defective”) in the ArcAir software when the Quality Indicator drops below 10% and the sensor needs to be replaced.

Is the measurement from Dencytee Arc less reliable if the quality index decreases?

Although the probe is very robust and designed for long process life, it is subject to a certain amount of aging. The quality indicator takes the operating hours and sensor diagnostic results into account and recommends replacement when needed. In addition, the probe has other built-in features that constantly check the sensor, even during a measurement.
