FLUOREYE®
Space-saving, Versatile On-Deck Fluorescence Measurement
The FLUOREYE mobile fluorescence readers are operated by a 1000 µL pipetting channel, moving to and measuring samples in black 96-well flat-bottom plates.
Fully Integrated, Hands-Free Nucleic Acid Quantification and Normalization - and More!
FLUOREYE is a compact powerhouse, measuring fluorescence in 96-well flat-bottom plates without contacting samples. The FLUOREYE family comes with three different Mobile Devices, each one providing two systems to measure fluorescence kits with different wavelengths:
- FLUOREYE ROJA: Excitation at 470/625 nm, Detection at 520/680 nm
- FLUOREYE ERBA: Excitation at 325/520 nm, Detection at 420/570 nm
- FLUOREYE ORO: Excitation at 470/560 nm, Detection at 520/625 nm
FLUOREYE offers sensitive detection of fluorescently-tagged or auto-fluorescent samples for increased specificity.
Conveniently Hands-Free, On-Deck Automated Fluorescence Detection
Add the FLUOREYE to a single deck position on any Microlab STAR, Microlab STAR V, or Microlab VANTAGE liquid handler, and control it through the VENUS software. The mobile device attaches to a 1000 µL CO-RE pipetting channel to move from the base station to a sample plate, where it measures fluorescence in up to 6000 samples per charge and transmits data back to the base station via Bluetooth. The base station contains a battery charger, identifies the correct mobile device, and interfaces with the automated liquid handler.
Common applications Genomics, Nucleic Acid Quantification & Normalization, NGS Library Prep, Cell Biology, Cell Culture
With the deck-mounted FLUOREYE, actions are automated and tracked to enhance quality and process stability while removing risks of variability and errors.
Focus on other tasks and eliminate repetitive manual tasks while fluorescence detection is automatically performed using the integrated FLUOREYE.
Extend and scale the end-to-end workflow, including fluorescence readings on any Microlab STAR, Microlab STAR V, and Microlab VANTAGE platform. Measure fluorophores for cell viability, cytotoxicity, ROS, LDH release, ELISA, DNA/RNA quantification, and more — automatically.
The three Mobile Device variants ROJA, ERBA, and ORO support a wide range of commercially available test kits using fluorophores.
