Flawless flow for effortless performance

PTFE coated needles feature a thin external polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)  layer on the outside, covering 19 mm from  the blunt needle tip. This non-stick coating reduces surface tension between the needle and liquid for excellent reproducibility and smooth fluid transfers. Also called TLC needles, they are popularly used in thin layer chromatography applications for reproducible sample spotting. These removable needles (RN) are available with a large or small hub and connect to the appropriate RN syringe.
