FlowCell COND 4UPtF Arc
FlowCell COND 4UPtF Arc
FlowCell COND Sensors were developed for the measurement of conductivity in downstream and other flow applications. Their engineering design, based on a four-electrode platinum principle, guarantees exceptional accuracy of ±3% or better of the measuring value and excellent linearity across the whole measurement range.
Designed for low maintenance and long-term stability, this serialized conductivity sensor minimizes conductivity drift and reduces the need for frequent recalibration. It is clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilization-in-place (SIP) compatible, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh conditions.
The main application of the FlowCell COND Arc flow-through sensor is the in-line measurement under demanding conditions in biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications, including chromatography, viral filtration, and other flow processes. Different product variations also allow users to measure conductivity and pH (optional) in a wide range of flow rates in their systems, providing high-performance inline monitoring for critical applications.
Arc intelligent sensor technology enables direct communication via Modbus or 4–20mA and eliminates the need for external transmitters and simplifies data integration.
