Polilyte HT Details

Polilyte HT sensors have been designed to withstand demanding industrial processes in chemical, petrochemical, process water, and water treatment applications. The sensor has a maintenance-free design, as clogging is eliminated by the two single-pore junctions that enable direct contact between the Polisolve reference electrolyte and the sample, ensuring optimal measurement performance. Polilyte HT sensors show excellent measurement accuracy in highly alkaline solutions as well as in samples with very low conductivity. They are steam-sterilizable, autoclavable, and suitable for clean-in-place (CIP) procedures. The sensor offers exceptional stability and robustness, even at high temperatures, while the Hamilton PHI glass ensures minimal signal drift after cleaning and high chemical resistance. Integrated Memosens technology enables safe, contactless digital signal transmission, enhancing data reliability and simplifying sensor handling. Memosens™ is a trademark of Endress+Hauser.

High Measurement Accuracy: Delivers precise pH readings in challenging conditions, including highly alkaline and low-conductivity samples.

Robust and Durable Design: Withstands high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments, ensuring long-term stability and performance.

Wide Application Range: Engineered for use in chemical, petrochemical, process water, and water treatment, handling extreme pH values and low-conductivity media with ease.

Sterilization and CIP Compatibility

Fully steam-sterilizable, autoclavable, and clean-in-place capable, making it ideal for demanding industrial cleaning processes.

Dual Single-Pore Junctions

Prevent clogging and ensure direct contact with the sample for stable measurements.
