Customized Tips

The Hamilton MultiFlex Tip Cutter cuts disposable CO-RE tips used on single pipetting channels. Up to eight tips may be cut simultaneously to facilitate shear-sensitive cells and particles, complex culture media, bead suspensions, disrupted solids, lysates, piercing gels, colony picking, and more.

Pre-configured horizontal and angled cutting positions in the included library create optimal CO-RE pipette tip cuts with no brows to reduce stress when pipetting.

Automation Integration

This compact and versatile tip cutter fully integrates with any Hamilton automated liquid handler. It mounts on the Active Carrier Base and occupies two ANSI/SLAS deck positions. The front mounted deck position provides easy waste basket access for simple cleanup.

With precision-cut wider tip openings, shear forces are reduced to preserve delicate suspended sample cells and particles during liquid handling.

Accommodate a wide range of highly-specific assays with flexibility to create automation-ready tips with wide bores and pointed edges.
