Liq-Glass PG Details

The Liq-Glass PG sensor provides a robust solution for pH measurement in challenging environments. The viscous liquid gel electrolyte minimizes maintenance by eliminating the need for refilling and slowing down contaminant ingress. The Liq-Glass PG specifically features three ceramic diaphragms, which help to reduce flow potentials and enhance measurement stability in low conductivity samples.

Common applications Water, Energy, & Environment, Water and Wastewater

Easy maintenance due to non-refillable electrolyte.

Suitable for low conductivity media.

3 ceramic diaphragms for reduced flow potentials.

Low Maintenance

  • The viscous liquid gel electrolyte in Liq-Glass sensors eliminates the need for refilling, simplifying maintenance and reducing the risk of electrolyte leakage.
  • This design ensures consistent performance over extended periods, especially in demanding applications where regular maintenance can be challenging.

Multiple Ceramic Diaphragms

  • The Liq-Glass PG version features three ceramic diaphragms.
  • This design minimizes flow potentials at the junction, resulting in more stable and accurate pH measurements, particularly in challenging low conductivity samples where such potentials can interfere with readings.
