Designed for OEM integration, these machined components are ideal for automated workflows, fluid transfer, and sampling in regulated environments.

Hamilton’s One-Piece Needle is manufactured from a single solid piece of stainless steel for unmatched strength and reliability. Designed to withstand high-throughput use, it excels in automation, fluid transfer, and sampling tasks where durability and precision are critical. Its one-piece construction minimizes the risk of leakage and supports consistent, long-term performance.
Tailored Machining for Precision Applications
Hamilton’s one-piece needles are available in gauges from 10 to 17, lengths up to 25 mm, and point styles AS, 3, and 4 (11°–60°). Select from machinable hub types Metal Luer Lock(V), Removable Hub (RN), Kel-F (KF), or ChemSeal (C), with hub lengths up to 18 mm.
Crafted from a single metal body using precision micro-machining, the needle eliminates welds and seams, ensuring ultra-smooth internal flow paths and zero dead volume, critical for high-purity or high-precision fluid applications.
Tailor drilled, milled, or vibratory-finished holes and machined grooves to define fluid entry/exit characteristics, improve venting, or optimize directional sampling, engineered to meet the exacting specs of custom applications.
Fabricated from durable stainless steel (304/316/316L), PEEK, or aluminum, these needles withstand corrosive environments, cleaning cycles, and mechanical wear, making them ideal for lab automation and industrial fluidics.
