Single-Use Dissolved Oxygen Measurement
The Hamilton’s ODO Cap Sx sensor elements are pre-installed as integral part of the single-use container with a long shelf life. They offer accurate, and stable measurements and come ready-to-use and pre-calibrated. They connect to the VisiFerm SU for a reliable measurement in single-use applications.
Reliable single-use dissolved oxygen monitoring.
The Hamilton ODO Cap Sx family of ODO Cap sensors elements represent a leading solution for single-use applications within the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. These sensors represent a significant advancement in single-use measurement, addressing common issues associated with traditional reusable dissolved oxygen sensors inserted into bags or benchtop bioreactors. Combining the proven reliability and measurement stability of Hamilton's conventional sensors with the convenience of seamless integration into single-use bioreactors, ODO Cap Sx sensors offer high accuracy even after gamma irradiation and boast a sufficient shelf life. The ODO Cap Sx family is ideal for single-use bioreactors bag (ODO Cap S3) and rigid bioreactor (ODO Cap S2). The ODO Cap Sx in combination with the VisiFerm SU provides industry-standard digital Modbus RTU signal as well as an analog signal (4 to 20 mA). VisiFerm SU ECS can be connected and calibrated to most industry standard transmitters making it a perfect solution for retrofitting existing controllers with single-use containers.
