Arc Module SU pH Details

The reusable Arc Module SU pH serves as a direct interface to process control systems, converting analog signals from OneFerm pH sensors into stable digital signals without requiring additional equipment like amplifiers or transmitters.  Integrating proven sensor technology into single-use bioreactors or bags meets the requirements of single-use bioprocessing. Pre-installed, pre-calibrated OneFerm pH sensor elements eliminate contamination and leakage risks associated with traditional sensors. Gamma sterilized with the single-use container, they offer a safe, reliable solution with sufficient shelf life. Together with reusable Arc Modules SU pH, they provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional sensors. Since Arc Modules SU pH do not contact the media, gamma or steam sterilization is not necessary.

The Arc Modules SU pH provides industry-standard digital Modbus RTU signals and an analog signal (4 to 20 mA). OneFerm can connect directly to a transmitter, eliminating the need for the Arc Module SU pH.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma, Bioprocess Downstream, Bioprocess Upstream

Direct and Versatile Communication

  • The Arc Module together with the OneFerm pH sensors provide two standard analog (4-20 mA) interface and a digital Modbus interface.
  • They do not require any additional equipment such as amplifiers or transmitters.
  • Hamilton pH sensors are characterized by their high measuring accuracy and long service life.
