OneFerm pH Details

OneFerm is a family of pH sensors specifically designed for single-use applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Building on Hamilton's proven pH sensor technology, OneFerm has become a widely adopted solution for reliable pH measurement in single-use bioprocessing systems.

The OneFerm sensors utilize a biocompatible electrolyte in combination with Hamilton's pH glass technology and clog-free diaphragm design. This construction enhances measurement stability and accuracy while maintaining low drift throughout the sensor lifetime. The sensors are designed for long dry storage and retain high measurement performance following gamma irradiation, making them well suited for modern single-use manufacturing environments.

Delivered ready to use, OneFerm sensors are pre-installed into single-use assemblies and pre-calibrated, eliminating sensor installation and preparation steps prior to process start-up.
