How do I communicate with an Arc sensor?Arc sensors have a built-in micro-transmitter within the sensor. ArcAir software is a powerful tool to access data, configure and calibrate the sensor. This can be done with Bluetooth wireless communication or with a wired connection directly to a PC.
Which wireless adapter do I need for my sensor?Hamilton makes two Bluetooth wireless adapters - Wi 1G and Wi 2G. The Wi 1G is designed for VisiFerm sensors using the ECS (nA) signal. The Wi 2G is better choice with Arc sensors.
Does temperature impact my oxygen measurement?Yes, in a closed system, gas phase temperature is directly proportional to pressure and therefore measured oxygen content. In solution, temperature is inversely proportional to dissolved oxygen content.
