OxyFerm FDA Arc Details

The OxyFerm FDA Arc is an electrochemical oxygen sensor designed for processes with high demands for hygiene, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food & beverage production. It is available with either a 12 mm or 25 mm (XL) shaft diameter, offering increased versatility through optional accessories.

Equipped with a special rounded FDA-approved membrane to prevent gas bubble accumulation, the sensor boasts a robust construction compatible with steam sterilization, autoclaving, and CIP cleanings. This wide measuring range sensor provides reliable dissolved oxygen monitoring in challenging environments.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma, Bioprocess Upstream

Achieve precise measurements across a wide range.

Ensure compliance with FDA-approved hygienic design.

Arc Technology

Experience seamless integration directly into your process control system or connect wirelessly via the ArcAir app. Arc sensors store calibration data in the sensor head, simplifying setup and ensuring data is always available with the sensor. Eliminate the need for external transmitters for direct communication.

Hygienic Design

Features an FDA-approved design ideal for high hygiene applications. Compatible with demanding cleaning procedures including Steam In Place (SIP), Clean In Place (CIP), and autoclaving.
