Part # 10077858

The Hamilton ODO Cap S2 Kit for the optical measurement of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) is a Single-Use (SU) cap for the VisiFerm SU sensor. It can be integrated into the single-use container (e.g., in a well tube) with an inner thread M14x1-LH (Left-Handed thread). The ODO Cap S2 is available for integrators such as single-use bioreactor manufacturers.

Optical DO Cap S2 Kit Details

The Hamilton ODO Cap Sx family of sensor elements offers a leading solution for single-use applications in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. These sensors represent a significant advancement in single-use measurement, addressing common issues associated with traditional reusable dissolved oxygen sensors inserted into bags or benchtop bioreactors. They combine the proven reliability and measurement stability of Hamilton's conventional sensors with the convenience of seamless integration into single-use bioreactors. ODO Cap Sx sensors provide high accuracy even after gamma irradiation and have a sufficient shelf life. The ODO Cap Sx family is ideal for single-use bioreactor bag (ODO Cap S3) and rigid bioreactor (ODO Cap S2). The ODO Cap Sx, combined with the VisiFerm SU, provide industry-standard digital Modbus RTU and analogue (4 to 20 mA) signals. VisiFerm SU ECS can be connected and calibrated to most industry standard transmitters, making them an ideal solution for retrofitting existing controllers with single-use containers.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma, Bioprocess Downstream, Single-Use Bioprocessing, Agri-Food and Beverage, Novel Food Bioprocessing

Ensure sterile DO monitoring with easy single-use integration
