Which wireless adapter do I need for my sensor?
Hamilton makes two Bluetooth wireless adapters - Wi 1G and Wi 2G. The Wi 1G is designed for VisiFerm sensors using the ECS (nA) signal. The Wi 2G is better choice with Arc sensors. -
How do I calibrate my Arc sensor?
ArcAir Basic and Advanced software have built in calibration and report tools for Arc sensors. Connect the Arc sensor to ArcAir and utilize the step by step calibration instructions. Click to learn more about connecting Arc sensors to ArcAir software. -
How much torque is needed to install a sensor with PG13.5 threads?
Sensors with PG13.5 threads rely on the o-ring to seal against process pressure. Finger-tight (approximately 2 Newton Meter or 18 inch-lb) should be sufficient to install the sensor without leakage. Additional tightening beyond this can deform the o-ring or strip the threads.
