Conducell-P SU Details

Hamilton's single-use conductivity monitoring system comprises the reusable Arc Module Cond-P SU and a single-use sensor patch, the Conducell-P SU. The Hamilton Conducell SU family of conductivity sensor elements offers a leading solution for single-use applications in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries, representing a significant advancement in measurement by addressing common issues associated with traditional reusable conductivity sensors inserted into single-use bags.

The Conducell-P SU is integrated within the single-use container by the container manufacturer and is ideal for single-use mixer bags. The unique Conducell single-use sensor can be easily integrated into single-use bags for broad-range conductivity measurement. Combining the proven reliability and measurement stability of Hamilton's conventional sensors with the convenience of seamless integration into single-use bioreactors, Conducell SU sensors deliver high accuracy even after gamma irradiation and maintain sufficient shelf life.

Unlike other single-use conductivity solutions, Hamilton's reusable Arc Module offers a compact, cost-effective measurement without sacrificing accuracy or precision. The integrated Arc technology enables easy digital integration, calibration stored in the sensor, predictive diagnostics, and automated GMP documentation. When combined with the Arc Module Cond-P SU, these sensors provide industry-standard digital Modbus RTU and analog (4-20 mA) signals.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma, Bioprocess Downstream, Single-Use Bioprocessing, Agri-Food and Beverage

  • Hamilton sensors enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability in chemical processes.

Hamilton sensors and retractable fittings are not only essential for monitoring and controlling our chemical processes, but also make preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis much easier. The robustness and durability of the products mean fewer emergency call-outs and greater overall plant effectiveness. Overall, the sensors make a significant contribution to the safety, efficiency and reliability of our operating processes and help us to meet and exceed our high standards.
