Facilitates Challenging Sensor Measurements

Instead of in-line measurements, samples are bypassed into the FlowCell sensor housing for measurement. One or two process parameters may be simultaneously measured in this space-saving and flexible design.

A Space-Saving Process Analysis Solution

The Hamilton FlowCell flow-through sensor housing is a versatile and space-saving solution for challenging process analytics applications. Simultaneous measurement of one or two parameters is possible using sensors for process analytics with a 12 mm shaft and PG13.5 thread. In this cell design, samples are bypassed into one or two sensor tubes for sensor analysis. This is particularly useful in systems with small pipes or when in-line sensor measurement is not ideal.

Simple Connection, Rugged Construction

The FlowCell is easily and quickly integrated into any process using TriClamp or Swagelok connectors. Wetted materials include stainless steel 1.4435, PEEK, and EPDM; while O-ring materials include EPDM or FFKM.

FlowCell has an internal volume of approximately 8 mL compared to the FlowCell XL internal volume of 25 mL.

Measuring position length options accommodate a wide variety of sensors, and sensor dummies should be used for sealing unused sensor tubes. Always follow operating instructions for safe use.

Simultaneously measure two parameters concurrently, such as pH and DO or pH and conductivity, even in space-constrained environments or when bypassing samples.

The FlowCell is quickly connected to support both in-line and bypass measurement needs.

With durable materials that are autoclavable and CIP-ready, the FlowCell is the right sensor housing choice for even challenging applications.
