Hamilton's 1700 series, Gastight, Bubble Free Prime, Half-Height #1750.5 Bubble Free Prime (BFP, 5/16"-28) Syringes with X-Style plunger  features a conical plunger tip which extends through the threaded termination of the syringe and into the valve. This unique design expels the air from the syringe and valve decreasing the number of cycles required to prime the fluid path.  This series of syringes are ideal for dispensing both liquids and gases.  Longlife Half-Height Syringes are designed for durability and precision. Featuring a plunger tip made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), this syringe offers superior resistance to abrasion. It is specifically developed to withstand extreme and harsh conditions. With a 30 mm stroke length, it is compatible with Hamilton's PSD/ 4 Syringe Pumps, making it ideal for applications requiring precise liquid handling and robust performance in demanding environments.
