Conducell 4UTF VP Conductivity Sensor Details

The Traditional Conducell 4UTF VP is a 4-pole conductivity sensor engineered for demanding industrial and hygienic applications, providing exceptional performance and linearity across a broad conductivity range. Its unique strength lies in the Titanium (UPtF) electrodes and is ideal for applications involving corrosive environments, such as seawater.

Designed for versatile integration, it features a VP6 connector and is compatible with PG13.5, VariVent, or Bioconnect process connections. 1 This FDA-certified sensor addresses the need for accurate conductivity monitoring in hygienic environments through its CIP, SIP, and autoclave compatibility.

Note that this sensor requires connection to a Hamilton H100 transmitter for operation.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma

Ensures stable, accurate measurements in critical processes.

Enables versatile integration in hygienic environments.

FDA-certified and withstands CIP, SIP, and autoclave sterilization.

Titanium Electrodes

Titanium electrodes are particularly well-suited for applications involving corrosive environments, such as seawater.

Multiple Process Connections

  • Available with PG13.5, VariVent, or Bioconnect process connections, offering flexibility for integration into various process systems and equipment. This allows users to select the connection type that best suits their specific installation requirements.
  • Hamilton offers a unique solution for our needs, with a focus on process robustness and sample safety.

Every step of the protocol is monitored and traced, from the initial setup carried out by the operator prior to start, to sample identification during the whole run. This gives us complete confidence in our results and the sample integrity.
