Conducell 4UPTF VP Details

The Traditional Conducell 4UPTF VP is a 4-pole conductivity sensor engineered for demanding industrial and hygienic applications, offering excellent linearity and precise measurements across a broad conductivity range. Its unique feature lies in the combination of robust Platinum (Pt) electrodes, known for their exceptional long-term stability and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for downstream biopharmaceutical processes, chromatography, and tangential flow filtration.

Designed for easy integration into various systems, it comes with a VP6 connector and is available with PG13.5, VariVent, or Bioconnect process connections to suit different installation requirements. This FDA-certified sensor addresses the user's need for reliable and accurate conductivity monitoring in critical processes while ensuring compliance through its CIP, SIP, and autoclave compatibility for effective sterilization. Note that this sensor requires pairing with a conductivity transmitter, such as the Hamilton H100, to function.

Common applications Pharma & Biopharma, Agri-Food and Beverage, Brewing

Provides stable conductivity readings in demanding applications.

Integrates easily with various hygienic setups.

Supports hygienic processes with certified design.

Platinum Electrodes

  • Offer long-term stability and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for demanding applications, including downstream biopharmaceutical processes. This ensures consistent and reliable conductivity measurements over time, even in challenging chemical environments.
  • Contribute to higher precision and linearity in measurements across the sensor's broad conductivity range, providing more accurate data for process monitoring and control.

Multiple Process Connections

  • Available with PG13.5, VariVent, or Bioconnect process connections, offering flexibility for integration into various process systems and equipment. This allows users to select the connection type that best suits their specific installation requirements.
  • Hamilton is a partner that you can always rely on.

The subscription and the associated certainty that the sensor always works correctly means that the measurement values are always meaningful. This means that the quality of our products can be maintained. Hamilton is a responsive partner you can always rely on.
