Double Pore K Details

When measuring pH in solid and semi-solid samples like meat, cheese, and other foods, reach for the Double Pore K pH puncture sensor. As an ideal pH electrode for food applications, the Double Pore K pH electrode features two single pore ring diaphragms. This unique construction allows for continuous and unrestricted electrolyte flow to practically eliminate the risk of diaphragm clogging and deliver accurate, stable pH measurements.

The integrated Polisolve polymer reference electrolyte is effective across the full pH range from 0 to 14, even when measuring pH in samples containing pigments, oils, fats, and proteins. This reference gel does not require maintenance, saving valuable time for busy laboratories.

Common applications Agri-Food and Beverage, Novel Food Bioprocessing, Precision Fermentation, Cultivated Meat, Cultivated Fish & Seafood

First-rate solution for food applications as a clog-resistant puncture electrode.

Freedom from time-consuming maintenance and clogs in the junction.

Exceptionally accurate, fast, and reliable, without pH drift risks.

Food Application pH Puncture Electrode

  • Glass membrane and reference electrodes in one device.
  • Pointed tip easily and fully punctures samples.
  • Protective PEEK (polyetheretherketone) shaft

Long, Consistent Operational Life

  • Double Pore design prevents blockages and pH drift.
  • Maintenance-free Polisolve reference electrolyte.
  • Chemically resistant glass body and diaphragm.
