OxyFerm FDA Details

The OxyFerm FDA  is an electrochemical oxygen sensor suited for applications with high demands for hygiene, e.g. in pharmaceutical industry, in biotechnology and in food & beverage production. The sensor is equipped with an FDA-approved membrane for use in hygienic processes. It withstands steam sterilization, autoclavation and CIP. OxyFerm FDA polarographic DO sensors provide a traditional nanoamp (nA) current output with multiple options for process mounting connections.

Common applications Water, Energy, & Environment, Power Generation, Agri-Food and Beverage, Brewing, Winemaking

Resist harsh cleaning processes for long-lasting performance.

Hygienic Design

  • Built for pharmaceutical, biotech, and food & beverage applications.
  • Maintains product safety with high hygiene standards.

Robust Construction

  • Designed for applications where sensor breakage is a concern.
  • This durable construction ensures reliability and extends the sensor's service life in demanding environments.
Scientific Citations
  • We particularly appreciated the professional and personable approach.

The training on pH sensors was highly beneficial for us. After a detailed introduction to the fundamentals of pH measurement, electrode measurement principles, and the topic of troubleshooting/prevention, we had sufficient time to ask our specific questions. This enabled us to apply what we learned immediately and integrate it directly into our laboratory routine. We particularly appreciated the professional and personable approach of Mrs. Näf-Rüdiger, who guided us through the informative and application-oriented training session.
