Hamilton's 1000 series, Gastight Model 1005 Luer Tip (LT) Syringe is designed to manually  dispense both liquids and gases. The male luer tip is compatible with Kel-F Hub Needles. The 1000 series is a mid-volume Gastight syringe. They feature a polymer plunger tip that creates a leak-free seal. With a wide range of volume capabilities, terminations, needle options, and plunger styles, this syringe series provides exceptional flexibility and versatility. Most Gastight syringes have replacement plungers available under 'Accessories' on the product page, while Microliter syringes do not. 7000 series modified Microliter syringes have zero dead volume and a small plunger wire, but it's best not to remove the needle or plunger to avoid damaging the wire.
