Microlab 600
Increase your accuracy and throughput
The Microlab 600 is built to fill the need between manual pipetting and full automation. Semi-automate common high precision liquid handling and sample preparation tasks, especially when leaching and inertness to harsh chemicals is of concern.

How does semi-automation improve my efficiency?
Streamline Sample and Standards Prep
Sample testing labs can’t grow their business unless they increase throughput and lower per-sample costs. Labs that have turned to Hamilton’s semi-automation platforms are eliminating costly re-sampling expenses and reducing sample prep time by as much as 50 percent.

Why is my Microlab 600 controller screen not turning on?
If the controller screen is not turning on but the ready light is blinking, the power over ethernet (POE) has likely been turned off. This happens when the power button is held down. First, make sure that all power cords are plugged in. Then, with the unit powered off, press and hold the power button for 5-8 seconds or until the screen turns on. To prevent this from happening in the future, simply press and release the power button – do not hold it down.
