Hamilton Research Support Grant
Hamilton Research Grant to Support Scientific Research
Hamilton remains committed to supporting scientific research
What is the Hamilton Research Support Grant?
The Hamilton Research Support Grant is designed to help labs like yours continue essential research—without compromising on the tools you need due to a lack of funding.
Including a wide range of automated and benchtop instruments, the program will award up to two grants bi-annually, each valued at up to $150,000, to qualifying research labs impacted by recent funding cuts. Grants are awarded based on scientific merit and demonstrated financial need due to funding loss. Selected labs will receive the awarded benchtop instruments at no cost.*
Program Benefits:
The recipients of the grant funding will benefit from the following support:
- Rapid equipment deployment to maintain research momentum
- Technical support to maximize the value of granted equipment
- Streamlined application process designed to minimize administrative burden
The expanded Hamilton Research Support Grant program has been extended to run through June 30, 2027.
Grantees may apply for a single instrument or a bundle of benchtop semi-automated or automated instruments. Eligible Hamilton solutions includes:
- Microlab NIMBUS, Automated liquid handler
