Microlab 600 Advanced Single Syringe Dispenser Details
The Microlab ML620-DIS is a semi-automated liquid dispenser that combines positive displacement technology and a high-precision stepper motor to deliver volumes ranging from 500 nL to 50 mL with over 99% accuracy. Unlike traditional pipetting methods, its accuracy remains unaffected by a liquid’s viscosity, vapor pressure, or temperature, ensuring reliable results every time. The chemically resistant fluid path and the PTFE dispense tubing’s tapered tip further enhance usability.
Users can choose one from among many Bubble Free Prime syringes. These dispensing syringes offer multiple volume options and feature a conical plunger that reaches fully into the dispensing valve to minimize trapped air and reduce the need for frequent priming.
With its easy-to-navigate touchscreen interface and advanced control software, the ML620-DIS empowers users to create and store custom methods, transfer methods, manage all log files for regulatory compliance, and much more.

- Bubble Free Prime syringes feature a conical plunger tip that enters the valve chamber, helping to purge air from the fluid path and reducing the number of required priming cycles.
- SaltLine syringes are designed to accommodate high salt containing fluids.

- Users can define dispense volumes with resolution finer than 0.01% of the syringe’s total capacity.
