Hamilton's PSD SmartSense smart features are designed to meet your operational needs with precision and flexibility. You can choose to integrate smart syringes and valves, along with optional sensors like pressure and bubble sensors, to ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflows. These sensors can individually improve system monitoring, or you can maximize the PSD SmartSense's potential by integrating all features together.

Pressure Sensors: Capable of measuring up to 6 BAR, the pressure sensors provide cost-effective and reliable monitoring, constructed from robust materials like stainless steel, silicon, and PTFE to ensure media compatibility and protection (IP67).

Bubble Sensors: Detect air gaps as small as 0.8 mm, using optical technology for fast and accurate detection. Available in multiple configurations, these sensors help prevent flow disruptions in sensitive applications.

Cable Clamps: Secure all connections with Hamilton’s durable, heat-stabilized polyamide cable clamps, designed to withstand temperatures up to 221°F (105°C) and ensure reliable fixation.
