Temperature Influence on DuraCal pH Buffer 7.00

A prerequisite for an accurate pH calibration is the availability of suitable buffer solutions. Hamilton 7.00 DuraCal liquid buffer solutions are considered "Certified Reference Material" and are tested by a 3rd party lab - DAkkS - against primary reference solutions from PTB and NIST. 7.00 liquid buffers have an accuracy of +/- 0.01 pH over 24 months and +/- 0.02 pH over 60 months. Like all aqueous solutions, the pH value of the buffer is affected by changing temperature. The effects of temperature from 5 to 50°C is shown below in 1-degree increments.
