The K8 / DIN Sensor Cable offers versatility and efficiency for a variety of sensor applications. The K8 connectors, typically used on traditional pH/ORP sensors without temperature compensation, feature a two-pole design with a center core and outer metallic threaded connection. The DIN connector may be found on older Satorius biocontrollers and some laboratory pH meters.

Powered cables have a -XX designation which defines the plug type for different regions of the world. 01 for the European Union, 02 for Switzerland, 03 for the United States, 04 for the United Kingdom, 05 for Australia / New Zealand.

Can Hamilton pH and ORP sensors be used with my existing transmitter?

In most cases, yes! The output signal for traditional glass membrane pH sensors will work with other manufacturer's transmitters and analyzers. In addition, Hamilton MemoSens pH sensors can be connected to other brands of MemoSens transmitters. Contact Hamilton Technical Support for additional assistance on wiring or cross compatibility.
