Part # 10182621

The MecoTrode Memosens pH sensor is fully compatible with all digital transmitters that accept the Memosens digital signal. It is designed for processes in the chemical industry with extreme pH values. The Mecotrode features low-alkaline-error H-glass or HF-glass for use in media containing hydrofluoric acid—both stable at high temperatures and providing a low impedance, noise-free output signal.

MecoTrode MS2 Details

Hamilton MecoTrode Memosens 2 pH  sensors are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of chemical processing environments with extreme pH levels and aggressive media.

Their specialized H-glass membrane minimizes alkaline error and ensures accurate, stable measurements at elevated temperatures. For processes involving hydrofluoric acid, the sensors can be equipped with HF-resistant membrane glass, offering superior chemical durability and low-impedance signal output. Three high-performance ceramic diaphragms minimize flow potential effects, maintaining measurement integrity even in viscous or fast-flowing media. This robust design supports extended sensor life and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. As a result, MecoTrode sensors are ideal for industrial applications where accuracy and durability are critical.

Common applications Water, Energy, & Environment, Water and Wastewater, Chemical Processes

Confidently measure extreme pH in chemical processes with stable, accurate readings at high temperatures and low maintenance.

Broad pH Measurement Range

Specifically designed to accurately measure pH across a wide spectrum, including highly acidic and alkaline extreme values.

Low Maintenance

Engineered for minimal upkeep, reducing operational costs and downtime in demanding industrial settings.
