(Bonaduz, 21/11/2019) – Hamilton Bonaduz AG’s trade fair team left this year’s BrauBeviale with many new contacts. “Once again we had three very successful days in Nuremberg. We were able to further cultivate existing contacts as well as to convince new business partners of our exhibited products”, explains Dr. Knut Georgy, Senior Market Segment Manager Process Analytics at Hamilton Bonaduz AG. For example, the optical dissolved oxygen sensor VisiTrace DO was shown. The sensor is characterized by its reliable and precise measurement results in low ppb ranges. The trade visitors praised the short response time, because it allows quick detection of changes of the dissolved oxygen content and provides precise measurement values in an instant. Additionally, the oxygen-sensitive luminophore is stabilized against chlorine and chlorine dioxide and withstands many cleaning cycles. The exhibited sensors were powered to perform measurements at the booth. The results were shown in real-time on a large screen thanks to built-in micro-transmitter and the Bluetooth interface. Hamilton also showed the portable dissolved oxygen measurement device Beverly, which measures the oxygen content optically using the sensor VisiFerm DO. The device has been developed in cooperation with breweries and can be applied at any point during the brewing process, which facilitates a quick and easy quality control. Beverly is ideal for the usage in breweries due to its robust design, its user-friendliness and easy maintenance.
