First, you choose your stationary phase from a selection of reversed phases, anion exchange, cation exchange, and ion exclusion. Secondly, you pick the column hardware dimension based on the internal diameter (ID) from 21.2 mm or 30 mm, and the length from 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, or 250 mm.
