The measured value from Dencytee Arc is suddenly frozen and does not change, what happened?

It may be that the probe was connected to a USB port of a PC, and the supplied voltage is no longer sufficient. This is especially the case if several probes are connected to the same PC and this PC is perhaps of a somewhat older series. It is recommended to supply the probes with sufficient voltage via the external power supply of the USB power cable.

Another cause may be due to using several probes in one experiment and a wireless connection has been established with one of the probes via a Bluetooth head. This can also cause the measured values of all the probes used in the experiment to freeze while the ArcAir software is communicating with the Bluetooth head. To prevent this from happening, do not access the sensor settings for one specific sensor while an experiment is running
