How do I replace the ZEUS X1 CO-RE II O-ring?

To replace the O-ring on the CO-RE II stop disc, it is recommended to purchase the O-ring removal and replacement kit (PN 6607080-02) which includes 10 O-rings and 1 removal tool. Additional replacement O-rings can be purchased using PN 98551-01 (1/pk).

1- Remove or pull back the ejection sleeve to expose the stop disc

2- Use the removal tool to pick the O-ring out of the groove

3- Replace the O-ring with a new one, ensuring that it sits uniformly within the groove
