Temperature Influence on DuraCal pH Buffer 12.00 (Ref 238279)

Temperature directly influences pH buffers. This article provides the measured pH values from 5 to 50°C for Hamilton's 12.00 DuraCal pH liquid buffer (Ref 238279).

A prerequisite for an accurate pH calibration is the availability of suitable buffer solutions. Hamilton 12.00 DuraCal liquid buffer solution (Ref 238279) has an accuracy of +/- 0.05 pH units and a stability of 24 months. The pH value of the buffer is affected by changing temperature. The effects of temperature from 5 to 50°C is shown below in 1-degree increments.
