Accelerate NGS Library Prep for MPNs with oncoReveal® Automation and NGS STAR MOA

Pillar Biosciences and Hamilton have co-developed an automated method for the oncoReveal® Essential MPN Panel, designed to streamline and standardize NGS library prep for myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) research. Running on the Microlab® NGS STAR MOA, this method minimizes hands-on time, maximizes throughput, and delivers >98% variant detection accuracy across diverse batch sizes and control types.

  • Efficient library prep: Prepare up to 96 indexed libraries in 5–6 hours with only ~1 hour of hands-on time.
  • Reproducible results: Achieved >95% Q30 scores and >99% on-target rates across wild-type, high, and low mutant controls.
