Eluent concentration (PN: 79325) is used to make the mobile phase for the PRP-X100 anion exchange column.  To prepare a mobile phase of 4.0 mM p-hydroxybenzoic acid / 2.5% methanol at pH 8.5, dilute a bottle of 60 mL concentrate to 1.0 liter with deionized water. (60 mL, one bottle)
