Tiered Service Level Contract options are designed to provide comprehensive coverage to assure optimal performance and availability of your system(s) throughout the term of the contract. Service contracts include a regularly scheduled preventive maintenance program to help maintain your equipment beyond the warranty period and ensure extended reliability and peak performance throughout the lifetime of your system.


The Tiered Service Level Contract options include the cost of labor, travel, and repair parts associated with one yearly Preventive Maintenance visit, and either include (Gold option) or discount (Silver and Bronze options) the cost of applicable parts, labor and any necessary travel expenses for on-site service calls. Tiered Service Level Contract options can be purchased for a period of one year or multiple years.
