What is CO-RE II?
How do I get upgraded?
CO-RE II is used to attach disposable tips and tools to the pipetting channel of the Microlab® Prep™. CO-RE II technology enhanced existing hardware, extends tip longevity, and improves tip alignment and retention.
ML Prep customers will need to send their devices to Hamilton to upgrade to CO-RE II technology. The heads will be upgraded at Hamilton. Pipette heads will need to be removed prior to shipping the device to Hamilton. Once the upgrade has been completed and verified, the device will be shipped back to the customer. Shipping costs will be covered by Hamilton.
