Precise Semi-Automated Dilutions

Microlab 600 Diluters are highly precise syringe pumps with a graphical user interface designed to quickly and easily dilute and dispense liquids. This positive displacement system provides better than 99% accuracy, independent of a liquid's viscosity, vapor pressure and temperature. The inert fluid path minimizes sample carry over and improves compatibility with harsh chemicals.

Dilution with a Disposable Tip

Protect Your Samples from Contamination

For biological samples where cells are cultured or DNA is amplified a disposable tip may be preferred. In this case the sample is aspirated and dispensed using the disposable tip which is then discarded prior to dispensing the diluent.

The Microlab 600 fill and dispense tubing assemblies are available with 12 or 18 gauge tubing.

Users with a Basic controller can easily upgrade to the Advanced controller by purchasing the Basic to Advanced Controller Upgrade Kit (P/N 61500-02). This software kit includes a hardware key which is inserted into the base of the controller to unlock the full potential of the Microlab 600.
