Long-lasting tube design

Hamilton 1.0 mL tubes with internal threads are constructed from USP Class VI (medical grade) polypropylene for strength and longevity. Supplied in non-sterile racks of 96 tubes in each of ten RackWare SDR-096-03 storage racks per case, they are not intended for cryogenic storage.

Tubes for automated storage and handling

Each 1.0 mL tube in the rack includes a unique 2D barcode label to facilitate automated sample tracking. Caps are secured onto the tubes with rotation locks, and a low cap height empowers maximum automated storage efficiency. The tubes and racks are ideally used with Hamilton’s automation platforms, and may be used with automated devices from other providers.
