Engineered for Precision Integration

The PIPEJET® Nano Dispenser is built for precise nanoliter dispensing through a mechanically simple yet highly flexible design. Its compact size, modular components, and piezo-actuated positive displacement system make it ideal for assay miniaturization and OEM integration. From microtiter plate applications to custom automation, each element supports accurate, reproducible performance without requiring complex fluidics or calibration.

1

Compact 9 mm Format

With a slim 9 mm profile, the PIPEJET® fits standard 96-, 384-, or 1536-well plate formats. This compact size allows integration into dense, multi-channel dispensing systems and miniaturized workflows.
2

Piezo Stack Actuator

The core of the PIPEJET® is a piezoelectric stack that drives the system with sub-micron precision. Its fast, consistent actuation ensures high-frequency, reproducible droplet generation with minimal energy input.
3

Positive Displacement Piston

The piezo actuator controls a miniature piston that compresses the dosing pipe from the outside. This contact-free interaction displaces a precise volume of liquid to form each nanoliter droplet.
4

Interchangeable Pipe Guide

The pipe guide secures the flexible dosing pipe in position. It is modular and can be exchanged to fit various pipe diameters, enabling volume flexibility from 2 to 70 nanoliters.
5

Disposable Dispensing Pipe

The PIPEJET® uses a chemically resistant, inert polymer pipe. Deformation-based actuation ensures that no internal components come into contact with the liquid, minimizing contamination and cleaning requirements.
6

Easy Mechanical Integration

An M4 threaded interface on the top of the dispenser provides a secure mounting point, enabling fast, stable integration into custom holders or automated platforms.
