FlowCell XL
Sensor Measurements in Any Space
The FlowCell XL’s flexible design allows for simultaneous measurement of one or two process parameters in-line or through bypassed samples to save space and time.
FlowCell XL Sensor Housing
Compact, Efficient Sensor Analysis
The FlowCell XL flow-through sensor housing offers a space-saving and adaptable solution for process sensor applications in a larger-scale than used for our standard FlowCell probe housing. It allows for one or two parameter measurements to be read simultaneously using Hamilton’s sensors for process analytics that feature a 12 mm shaft and PG13.5 thread. This is particularly beneficial in process flows using large pipes or when in-line measurement isn’t practical.
Easy Installation, Durable Design
The FlowCell XL integrates seamlessly into any process using TriClamp 50 connectors. Wetted parts are constructed from stainless steel 1.4435, PEEK, and EPDM, with EPDM or FFKM O-ring options.
FlowCell XL has an internal volume of approximately 25 mL to accommodate higher sample flow compared to the standard FlowCell internal volume of 8 mL.
With multiple sensor tube lengths, FlowCell XL supports a range of sensors. To ensure proper sealing, sensor dummies are recommended to seal unused sensor tubes. Follow instructions to ensure safe and efficient use.
Simultaneous dual parameter measurements saves time and effort in high sample flow applications while maintaining precise results
The FlowCell XL supports TriClamp 50 connections for larger pipe systems and efficient bypass measurement, even where in-line measurement is not feasible.
Robust materials withstand challenging environments and pressures up to 16 bar, for reliable, repeatable performance.
