Compact and Inert Solvent Selection and Distribution
Hamilton (HV) Plug Valves provide an economical and flexible method of custom-building a fluid flow control system, from a simple on/off valve to a more complex multi-valve arrangement, using a combination of loop and distribution valves. The small valve body with its chemically inert PTFE/CTFE flow path is ideally suited for low pressure (100 psi) applications. All HV Plug Valves allow you to select and interchange a wide variety of fittings, adapters and tubing, including male and female luers, FEP tubing assemblies, and adapters which thread directly into the valve providing an endless variety of valve configurations for any flow application.

Valve Fluid PathsHamilton offers a variety of different fluid path to meet the unique needs of almost any application. If a standard fluid path will not work contact us today to discuss custom options.
Manual Valve Dead VolumeThe valve swept volume is the amount of liquid that is required to fill the entire fluid path of that valve.
Work with R&D engineers to customize Hamilton parts
Hamilton's "Custom Built" program puts you directly in contact with a Hamilton R&D Engineer to discuss your application and product needs. The engineer will point you to a standard solution or propose a customized solution to meet your needs.Talk to an engineer
