For optimal performance of your conductivity sensors, reliable calibration standards are essential, especially in the low-conductivity range. Hamilton pioneered stable, reliable standards, becoming the first manufacturer to offer patented conductivity standards of 1.3 and 5 µS/cm with a certified accuracy of ±1%. This unprecedented stability lasts up to three years for most values. The measurement procedure for determining conductivity was developed in collaboration with DFM. DFM measures a representative number of bottles from each batch, recording the value on the calibration certificate and on each bottle.

Our standards are designed to meet diverse application needs. Glycerin-based standards, supplied in 250 ml glass bottles, offer superior long-term stability, minimal evaporation, and enhanced resistance to microbial growth, ensuring reliable and consistent performance over extended use. In contrast, our water-based Basic Line standards, available in the proven 500 ml DuraCal bottles, feature low viscosity for easy handling and minimizing air bubbles, making them a practical and user-friendly choice for routine applications.
