This 17 gauge Hat Needle (PN: 90817)  is designed to be connected directly to a flat bottom valve port. Use the Needle Bushing PN: 35056 to connect the needle directly to any 1/4-28 Hamilton valve.  Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel for excellent chemical resistance.

The 17 Gauge Hat Needle (PN: 90817) connects directly to flat-bottom valve ports and can be used with any 1/4-28 Hamilton valve when paired with Needle Bushing PN 35056. The needle length is measured from the tip to the start of the installation hardware, with the total length to the back of the hub being the specified length plus 14.22 mm, ensuring the exposed needle length matches the ordered specification. Available in packs of 3, with customizable lengths (10-304mm) and point styles (2,3 or 4).

The Hat Needle design enables direct connection to flat-bottom valve ports and 1/4-28 Hamilton valves (with fitting PN 35056), providing a secure, leak-free setup ideal for precision fluid applications and custom configurations.
